Real Estate Transactions in 2010 and Beyond

Regular sales are sitting in the current market place for many days, sometimes months. Usually, a longer time on the market translates to less money and more competition. Buyers are looking for incredible deals right now. It is often a frustrating prospect to sell a home in these market conditions.

For those properties that are upside down, e.g. in the pre-foreclosure and the foreclosure process, time is truly of the essence; and the regular (MLS) way of marketing and selling property is often too little, too late.

Selling through the auction process makes sense in any market... and especially in a declining market... Sell in as few as 7 to 10 days at market value.

View the auction video to see how this auction process in action! The benefits are apparent, especially for sellers.

Should you be a real estate agent, see how you could better serve your clients, and more efficiently -- meanwhile, making a living.

Billy,

Thanks for asking! Doing excellently because we do regular and short sales and get them sold in a short time period, pay the buyer's agent 2.5%, and list the property on the MLS. All of that is what few, if any other auction companies do.
