LA Mortgage will have its 2nd First Time Homebuyer Class on Wednesday, January 20th, from 6-7.

We will be trying to educate First Time Homebuyers on how to take advantage of the $8000 tax credit. The classes are not limited to First Time Homebuyers...People Building or buying again that may have questions on construction, bridge loans etc. We have loan officers on staff to answer any questions you may have. We also have some realtors, insurance agents and others in related fields to help you with the Homebuying process. We will be continuing to have these classes the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of every month.
