Whew! I coordinated this years church in the park event and what a challgene that was. Thank goodness it all come together and I might even sign up to do it next year.
A great time was had by all who came out for this annual Fourth of July event. From all the cooks on Saturday who helped make food for 400+ people, to all the sponsors who gave their time, energy, and resources, it truly was a community event. The music and message were inspiring and very well done. We look forward to mext years event when we can have more activites for the children such as, water balloon fights, gunny sack races, face painting, and more.
