Quick question for everyone in property management.  Weather you own a company, or work for one. Just want to see what everyone is doing these days.

How do you pay your Leasing Agent?

  • Commission
  • Hourly plus commission
  • We don't have any.
  • Hourly with bonus..
  • Etc...
Thanks for your response!!!

lol @ Wallace.

We do not use one.  We do have our licensed agents who are able to make money per successful client when the owners offer incentives.

Thanks for the help.

We do it all ourselves, and have thought about adding a Leasing Agent...

Thanks
