Years ago my wife and her friend joined a local Mons and Tots group here in Morristown NJ. It quickly grew to include dozens and dozens of families that were growing in size and in need of larger homes or in some cases, were relocated from out of town or out of the country. This organization does amazing things to welcome newcomers to the town and includes family events, outings, playdates, Mom and Dad's Night out and so much more. Its also been a great source of referral business for me as these people are in my peer group/sphere of influence and puts me in daily contact with these great people. I believe there are chapters in many states but I am more familiar with the New Jersey Chapters. Here's some info;
