You might say why is that? A great time to sell are you kidding me? I am not kidding.... In Cape Coral and Fort Myers, Florida we have numerous opportunities for buyers to take advantage of but the prices are raising? If you want to sell your home under $150,000 you will get offers on your house. Why I say this is because the prices are going up past that price range......Perhaps you looked at selling last year or the year before and the price to sell was too low... Try it again....Have me price your home to sell and see if we can get it sold. I have been doing research and have noticed that under $150,000 is this area is now becoming a seller's market...That is good News for those of you interseted in selling youer home. We have buyers here until May or June so why not take advantage of the cold wheather and put your home on the market now. It has been cold here for the last few weeks but nothing compares to the cold wheather in other parts of the United States. It is a great time to sell and buy and the prices here are still a great value to most buyers who come from homes that are twice as much as our home prices. Take advantage of the Tax credit if you are looking at buying within these next two months...It is a great value and offers you an opportunity to save on your taxes.
