Interest Rates staying low in Halifax, Nova Scotia

Here is good news if you were thinking of buying a home in Nova Scotia. The Bank of Canada is not going to be raising interest in the near future. Although it is interesting to note that some "experts" are saying there is a housing "bubble" beginning to form. I say interesting because last year we had one of the biggest Real Estate scares in decades with transactions almost stopping in Jan - Feb. Nice to hear that you have been here. Thanks for the comment.  Yes Halifax is an incredible place. I actually moved here from the States about 5 years ago I like it so much! It's a great vacation destination in the summer or fall anyway. (We have long winters up here).
