The Albertville Creamery Antiques Store

Real Estate Agent with Sabinske & Associates, Inc. (Albertville, St. Michael)

If you haven't strolled through an antique store lately, perhaps you should.  Everyone these days seems to be longing for the "old days".  Here is where you can truly see the artifacts and memories from those days.  I took a trip down memory lane recently and saw toys from my childhood, comic books, fun funny hats, books I remember from my when?  Each booth had something for my mind to mull over...I remember that!  I wish I still had that!  My mom had one of those!  I remember my Dad using that!  It was so much fun!

My day went by so fast, while I spent so much time in the past..when we all think time passed much more slowly.  Isn't that ironic?  So much to much to cherish.  It was more fun to pass the time remembering only the best of times with a best friend.   And, we see the past through a filter that makes it all seem so much better than today.  So, my best advice?  Make the most of today for your tomorrow is filled with antiques and memories...if you are lucky!!!1

Suzanne, I think we should not lose sight of our past and browsing the antique store is time well spent.

Gary - it is fun to look back at what we were...I love today but I cherish how I got here....I know you understand my sentiments.

Mary- so kind of you.  It is fun to remember the things of our childhood and younger years.  You are one I would definitely have loved to have had with me on our excursion!!

I love antique stores.  We have one near us (about an hour away) called Memories (what a great name!) that is huge with great stuff.  It takes hours to go thru if you really like to look.

My generation seems to be going retro while I much prefer the modern. I do like visiting museums with serious antiques, like hundreds or thousands of years old. The stuff from forty years ago I can take or leave.
