Real Estate my 1st Love

As far as a career Real Estate is my first love....I love everything about it the people, the places, the property, the architecture of the homes....the property searches and meeting each individual clients needs. I started my Real Estate career about 6 years ago. It has been great as well as challengng.....I never rode the big wave....However, the market downturn has affected me just as well. Although it has been a difficult couple of years....I am extremely optimistic about the market turning around....History has proven that it always does. I haven't jumped on the forelosure short sale train ....I have opted to further my education in order to be in the best possible position for my clients as well as myself once the market completely turns around.....I'm excited....what about you????
