Homebuyers can tour two models that are desirably furnished and decorated with contemporary designs. The plan 3 has many standard features while the plan 1 is completed to show the many upgrade selections available for the buyer. The upgrades for the new homes for sale include but are not limited to fireplace, elevated ceilings, tile flooring,dual sinks, carpeting, cabinet finish, refrigerator and stainless steel appliances. Both plans come with a small backyard that can fit comfortably patio furniture and small grilling appliances . The HOA takes care of the front yard landscaping, common areas and private streets to help preserve the overall upkeep and look of the community.
This new homes for sale development has been approved for FHA and VA loans for military homebuyers. There is currently a buyer incentive of between $6700 and $7200. The HOA cost is proposed to be $135 at build out. There are currently no plans for community amenities such as a pool, workout room or tennis courts.
