I have been working on a few listings lately. I have a few people who are wanting to wait a little bit to list their homes. I have gone and shown the statistics in our area and informed them the best that I can.
It is a great time to list your home in Northern Colorado. We have more buyers then sellers. We are getting into bidding wars on most homes because more then one buyer is interested in it.
This misconception of not listing your home until spring needs to go away. This has been my busiest time. With the tax credit it has even been busier.
