Pioneer Square Seattle Real Estate
Pioneer Square Seattle
One doesn’t really think about Pioneer Square when deciding where to buy real estate in Seattle. Pioneer Square Seattle is more known for its nightlife and constant activity. If you’re more of a night person and enjoy the club scene, you have tons of places to choose from. All of the clubs are in a concentrated 4 square block area so getting around to them all is effortless. Another great aspect is being close to Qwest Stadium to watch the Seahawks and the numerous concerts played there. Right next door to Qwest Stadium is Safeco Field where the Mariners play. Living in Pioneer Square is a great way to be in the middle of it all.
There are many great homes (condos) and lofts that come available. Many of these condos and lofts are in buildings that were built in the early 1900’s. There are newer construction buildings in the south end of Pioneer Square as you get closer to Safeco Field and Qwest Stadium.
The boundaries of Pioneer Square Seattle start at the southern point of Royal Brougham Way and Alaskan Way and proceed north to Columbia Street. From there, the boundary heads east to 2nd Avenue and then south again to Cherry Street.
