Hey Hey Nick.. Just a bit of advice.. Don't get overwhelmed with everything that goes on here.. Many a agents have left because it's hard to fit in.. Heck I've been here for 4 months and I still get ignored more than noticed.. But keep going.. Ask questions.. Someone is bound to have an answer..
