Blogging and Its Awesome Rewards!

A big HELLO to all in the Active Rain Family!

I've been absent for quite a while now and thought I would return and write about what Active Rain has done for me. I ran across this site sort of by accident in looking for ways to market on the Internet, and at first I thought this site was a bit like MySpace. Wow, was I wrong.

I can't rave enough about how happy I am that I found Active Rain. First, I made some friends through blogging. I also learned a lot about this industry, and the process, I learned about Blogging. For the time being, I am not actively working in the industry, but am looking for ways to keep involved, and I will be writing a blog about that soon enough.

Because of Active Rain, I am venturing into what I hope will be a full-time blogging career, which is the reason Active Rain has a special place in my heart. I am in the process of setting up a couple of sites through which I will be blogging, and the things I learned here, and the inspiration I received here have made it all possible.

So many of you have shared your knowledge of blogging, and have helped each other succeed here, and I just want to say "Thank You" to each and every one of you.

While I was active here on Active Rain, I was trying to help others...mostly trying to help homeowners save their homes. Sadly, the vast majority of that industry is a scam. Moving forward, I would still like to find ways to help homeowners and will blog on this subject at times, and if any of you have any information to offer as to how homeowners can be helped, please contact me. I will gladly refer homeowners to those who can help them.

My blogging career will involve helping people in many different ways. I will probably be setting up anywhere from 4-6 blogs, and linking them all together as one unit. I also intend to promote the blogs of others, so I will be visiting many blogs on the web looking for some great info to share with my readers as a way to help promote other bloggers. I will have highlight blocks linking to other blogs and these will change as I find new material I think readers will be interested in. I expect that I will definitely be linking to a number of blogs here on Active Rain, as so many of you post lots of interesting material to share with your own readers.

I know that some of you have outside blogs, and for those that like to use video on your blogs, may I share with you a great tool you may want to check out. It was just released and will most likely become known as "The Birth of Video Marketing 2.0" I will be using it on my new blogs and it is an incredibly awesome tool.

It makes using video easy for ANYONE and it literally changes the way we will all use video. This will save you more time and make you more money than anything else. (You HAVE to see this) If you are a newbie, this does everything on autopilot so you can just reap the rewards and not worry about the technical stuff!

This is especially useful if you sell anything on the web, or need to build lists. There is a lot that can be done with this video software. One of the strong points is that the video itself lets you do everything inside of the video. In other words, if you want people to be able to link to another page or site, or if you offer something for them to purchase, it can now be down within the video itself. It is an all-in-one application.

The software was just released on Tuesday Jan. 12, 2010. Since it is software, it does cost, but there is a special price for the short term, after which they will charge that same price as a monthly rate. It can be bought now for that one low price. Check it out and see if you can use it. I bought mine already as I think this is an awesome tool.

Here is a banner ad for the Easy Video Player for you to link over and check it out for yourself:

I also added a banner ad to the right of my blog here. If this is a tool you may be able to use, hurry and click the link before they change their special price. Let me know if you like this...I think this is an awesome tool for bloggers and/or website owners who need something like this. This is a tool that can actually help you increase your bottom line...but I'll let them explain that on the website you link to...so hurry and click on that banner!

HI MIRELA!  (on the web, caps equal shouting...right?)!!!

I've missed this place too along with the old gang.  I haven't technically been working in the Real Estate Industry for awhile though...which is why I've been absent.  We need to talk soon.  And if you do video blogging, you may love this software.  I was emailed a lot of stuff about this and it does a lot of things.  It's supposed to be very good for creating mailing lists too.  I'm looking forward to using it.

Still doing the Wednesday night thing?  (LoL...now everyone is going...what?  What is that?  LoL)

Hi Diane...& thanks!  It is funny how life goes full circle at times, sometimes more than once.  Active Rain has set me off in a direction I never expected to go, & I'm looking forward to the ride!

I really only remember you from an incident in 2008.  I hope that you are happy and successful in your new venture.  And, that you have profited from suggestions here in the Rain.

Blogging is fun and can be rewarding, but how do you make a living?  It seems very time consuming to me.
