Putting together or should i say tweaking last years marketing plan can be very tricky. You start asking yourself, should i add or delete this task. Then you start trying to measure if it was a productive task. Was it an income producing task is the main question. It gets to the point where you start falling into a trap..an almost paralysis by analysis. You have to stay focused on what the goal is..income producing tasks.
