Tuftoboro New Hampshire Lake Winnipesaukee Real Estate Selling Prices Higher in 2009 than in 2008. Guess What These Statistics Say About Days on Market?

The average selling price for Lake Winnipesaukee real estate in Tuftonboro was higher in 2009 than in 2008.  The average selling price was $1,129,557 in 2009 and only $756,286.  The median selling price in 2009 was also higher for Tuftonboro Lake Winnipesaukee than in 2008.
