Thinking About What To Do With Your Tax Refund?

Thinking about upgrading your kitchen or bathroom?  I came across the Lowe's Virtual Room Designer this evening and found it quite helpful in getting me started on planning the new bathroom we want to put in after we get our tax refund next month.   The program is limited on choices, but gives you an idea of what look you want to achieve and best of all it's free.

I love those little virtual room things.  Kitchens and Bathrooms are a great place to reinvest in your home also.  I end up paying in at tax time most years, but if you're getting money back that's great.

Judd ReynoldsThis is a pretty neat tool. Like you said it is limited, but still fun to play with and its FREE! I used to shop more at HD because our local store seems better organized and has more helpful workers than Lowes (they are right next to each other). Since becoming a Realtor, I have been frequently Lowes more and more. Partly because their selection is improving at our store, and partly because of the benefits they give to Realtors.

If you are not using the Lowes Realtor benefit program you are missing out on a FREE program that can really build and maintain relationships for sales and re-sales. You can send your clients coupons for 10% off their purchase (up to $1,000 savings). They also send out home information newsletters (via email). Sign up your clients. They love them. You even get your photo and contact info put on these newsletters. Great way to keep your face in front of past clients (you never know when they will move again).
