I was just trying to decide on what to blog for a serious post, and realized that I don't necessarily have to write a serious post. I try to use the 80/20 rule for my blog: 80% professional posts and 20% personal posts. If I were someplace like Facebook, I would do 80% personal posts and 20% professional posts.

Russel- I just mix it all up and go with the flow. My business posts have personal in them, and my personal posts have business in them >.<

Other Russell ( 2 L's) lol - I get exhausted, trying to write about business all the time. I have to do the personal stuff too or I'd just quit  =/
