Another scorching hot day in Chicago. Just got back from my 4th of July vacation, spent some time at the beach in New Buffalo, MI. Had 3 referrals waiting for me, 2 purchases and one refinance. Hopefull that this is a leading indicator that the DuPage County housing market is picking up again. Strange year so far, started out gangbusters Jan - March, slow April, back up again in May.
