Ams 4 Reo- Impac companies

Does anyone have any information on Impac Companies?  Have you done any work for them?  I understand this is a new company formed from AMS 4 Reo with Tom.  I paid the initial 200.00 with AMS, left many messages and emails but no response.   Shortly afterward  the website and phone number were shut down.  I just found this new company and was told it was part of AMS
