That has never been so true then at a time like this! After being in the real estate business for over 25 years I learned long ago that the "good times" come and they go away just as fast. If you haven't learned to plan for the not so good times then you may be finding yourself in trouble these days! My approach to any real estate market is to stay consistent with my budget and my exposure. Visibility is very crucial in a slower market. It lets the consumer know that you're serious about your business and committed to your clients 110%!
