Brad, My former assistant has now graduated with her accounting degree and is working for a major accounting firm in Southern California.

It's tax season and she is finding her 3 hr R/T commute to be a daunting addition to her workday.

I need a favor Brady; do you have a client who can use some extra money to pay those holiday bills?  Maybe you have a vacant property that she could watch over for you?  This is a short-term situation, probably about 3 months.  She is as quiet as a mouse and only needs to be able to have somewhere to sleep, clean up, access her laptop and re-charge her cell phone.

Who are you thinking of right now that has an extra room and a bathroom that Kathleen can call Termporary Quarters for a couple of months?  Irvine or Newport Beach are ideal.  (She is a homeowner in Riverside County.)  She has excellent credit, dresses professionally and drives a nice BMW.
