This $499 fee does not include the 3% (minimum $1,000) commission that is due at close of sale from you as the Seller if you choose to accept an offer from a buyer's agent client. $249 additional renewal fee if homeowner opts to extend listing for an additional twelve months upon the expiration of the initial term.
Because this is a limited service MLS listing only, the Seller will be fully responsible for required purchase contract documents, writing and understanding all purchase contracts, negotiations, counteroffers, any language found within the contract, any HOA (Home Owners Association) requirements, inspection addendums, required disclosures, appraisals, financing arrangements, and a variety of other items related to the sale of a property.
