At HomePointe we have noted that rental market is booming in the greater Sacramento Region. We have taken 33 deposits as of the 14th of January. The last two months we have taken an average of 50 deposits so this month is seeing a welcome increase.
This is covering mostly single family, duplexes, and small apartments.
