ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY REAL ESTATE -
There were almost 3 times as many new listings in Anne Arundel County last month as there were new "solds", according to MRIS, but most real estate sales statistics were relatively stable last month. The difference from June 2006 to 2007 was less than 10% in every category, except Average Days on Market.
Total Sold Dollar Volume was down a mere 5.93% from $317,922,308 to $299,060.159, primarily because the Total Units Sold went down from 750 to 676 last month. Yet both the Average Sold Price and Median Sold Price were up.
