I am writing this for help in locating a rental in Washington DC. This will be an annual rental, preferably two bedrooms. If there are any realtors who can assist it would be appreciated. My daughter is relocating and she called a random agent and the agent never called her back. I know we don't make any money on rentals, but if all goes well with her new job in DC, she may become a buyer. Any help would be appreciated. She plans to be there by Feb. 15, 2010 and has a dog. We are aware that it is expensive and she will be working at the VA. Thanks a bunch all you Active Rainers in DC.
