Very entertaining video. It's fun to watch all the pundits who were SO sure there wasn't a "real estate bubble" being proven wrong.....although they are STILL being given the same kind of air time today. If you were on back in 2006-2007 calling for a crash in real estate, you were laughed at and called names.

It's kind of like watching CNBC deny the recession for a year...the day that Larry Kudlow acknowledged a recession (years after it began), the ONLY talk was that we are "at the bottom" and headed out of the recession that they never saw coming. CNBC's Maria Bartoromo defends CNBC saying that they warned us about a housing bubble long before it popped. Maria thinks that by having on people like Peter Schiff and laughing at him, that covers them.
MY TOTALLY INCOMPLETE LIST OF THE WORST PUNDITS
1. Ben Stein (i always thought it would be just as hard to be 100% wrong all the time as being 100% right all the time. Ben Stein proves that theory wrong. He's amazingly wrong about anything that matters.
2. The tiny mouthed, large headed Dick Bove (banking analyst who was recommending banking stocks right before they almost went to ZERO)
3. Larry Kudlow (At least he makes no bones about being wrong and a perma bull.)
4. Art Laffer (Always wrong on just about everything)
5. Jerry Boyle (Ditto)
6. John Harwood (Political pundit who can't talk with his eyes open)
