Where we live in North West Florida the house across the street can be worth 2 to 5 times more valuable. You are thinking, who is the dumb redneck. We have waterfront property and from that we have tons of different kinds. We have Gulf front (top 12 beaches in the world) Bay front, Bayou (not what you link of from the movies in Louisiana) Sound front, canals and even Lakes. Computers DO NOT KNOW THIS. This is where you need a Real Estate Professional to Help you. Some Water is more water font than others. What is it that you want the water to do for you? do you own a boat? What kind of boat? Do You just like the view? Is it protected water? Is it insurable? Has it flooded? (Water is the most destructive force in the world, look at the Grand Canyon)

When buying Real Estate find a professional you can trust and that has the knowledge to help you wade through the water and get a true value of the property. Computer do not know everything yet and they will not help form making a mistake and choosing the wrong home.
