Wow, what a beautiful Sunny day.
My dog Bud is going kookoo on on me, he want me to take him out.
We started our walk and it was not cold at all, after such bitter cold weather that we had experienced it was a delight to be
out door.
You see people seating on the benches and absorbing the warmth of the sun.
I love to chat with people and while doing so, I always ask "do you want to sell your house"?
I have an assistant his name is Bud, my dog.
Bud is a Maltese small and very handsome. his nick name is Mr. mayor.
Bud is well known in Lynbrook. When he takes ME for a walk, people stop and say hello to him.(what am I chopped liver?)
We work very well together, he flirt with the Ladies while I hand them my business card.
Bud does not get paid for his services. He is not a member of any union.
I have to be kind to him, make sure that he has food, water, toys etc. That is the law.
When I sell a house because of Bud, he gets a special treat. I take him to the dog spa where he is treated like a king.
I want to buy him a special ribbon with the logo of my business on it but, I am told that it is not a good idea...
Bud is my friend.
In the summer I take him to see the polo game. After the game I let him run on the polo field and he loves it.
There is a park in East Rockaway that he loves to play there.
Bud has many friends and I am luky to have him as a friend.
Well, after that comment, I'm a little side tracked... okay, refocused now. I was just thinking about how beautiful the Woodmoor area is. Great property, to boot! Enjoy the great weekend, Marianne!
Well, Joshua, I'm delighted that you have such a good relationship with your very cute dog.
Hi Ruth, I couldn't agree with you more. Hmmm....
