Ann, thank you for sharing. I also enjoy seeing the numbers for different parts of the country. It looks like the average prices are similar to much of Kansas City. The days on market may be a little longer there than here. Thanks again!

Ann, the number of sales in Webster Groves seem to be comparable to Kirkwood, but it must be a more affordable community to live in since there is a large difference in sales price.
