I'm having trouble setting up my outgoing email. I'm with Keller Williams, which uses imap for incoming, but uses third party for smtp outgoing. Anybody know how to make this thing work?

One option is to use the MobileMe settings, but this requires the $99 subscription. Another is to try both the IMAP and the POP settings... Even if your company mail server say use IMAP, try the POP and see if that does it. This worked for me, even tho the Alamode mail servers suggested I use their IMAP settings... Try it and see -
Chip, I see you wrote this awhile back and not sure if you found the fix or not. This happened to me also with our companies outgoing server. I fixed it by selecting the same POP outgoing server that I use for another (non company) email server I have. Turn your IMAP to "off" position and turn the one you want to use to "on". I hope this helps or you already got it fixed!
