In the midst of regulatory changes, and disclosures, along with settlement statements and how things are going to be communicated between a mortgage professional and the client, I still must say 2010 is off to a fantastic start, I am pleased with how the first 15 days have gone, and am looking forward to a great February.
I am proud to be part of a team of individuals who are not only working for a bank but also have a stake in the outcome, we are an independantly owned bank with each employee participating as an owner of the bank, we strive to deliver and do the best job possible because if you have met with an employee at Metropolitan you are talking with an Owner!
Each decision we make and each customer we contact we take pride in giving them the best customer service we can possibly do, including being available to all of our clients and business partners 24/7. I spoke with a client after he emailed this afternoon, and he was really surprised to get an email and a follow up phone call on the Saturday of a 3 day weekend!
My direct line always forwards to my cell and my emails forward directly from office to my cell so we are able to communicate and answer any questions anytime! Yeah even on a Saturday evening-
