Oregon Commerical Short Sales

We have been involved with residential short sales in Medford Oregon for several years now. We have a Residential and Commercial but up until now only our residential division has been handling medford short sales. We are now finding the need for our Medford Commericial Real Estate client's to participate in Commercial Short Sales. We are starting to see a tremendous increase in Medford Commercial Short Sales activity due to the state of the economy and the fact that owners just cannot afford to keep feeding these Medford Commercial Properties any longer. The high volume of vacancies and a lack of demand for office space is driving the owners ability to generate strong and long term tenants down significantly. There is unfortunately going to be more demand to handle Medford Commercial Short Sales then ever before. Southern Oregon is dealing with more Commercial Foreclosures in 2010 which in turnwill increase the amount of Medford commercial Short Sales and Commercial REO buyer opportunities.
