Speechless Sunday: That's A Really Big A For A Straight "A" Kid!

We had parent teacher conferences for my daughter last week - her teacher said she was definitely a straight "A" student! Yay! When we asked her if she wanted something special (she's struggled with math so this was a big deal!!) - she said, "I want to climb to the top of A-Mountain!" So we did! Here's the top of Tucson's Famous "A" Mountain and a picture of the view looking at downtown Tucson! Happy Sunday AR Friends!

We have an A mountain up here in Tempe as well... Sometimes some bums from the "Old Pueblo" come up and paint our A Blue and Red to match their school colors. The first time I climbed it was December 1983 with my dog on a trip from Wisconsin.

Ok we could actually drive to the top back then. :)
