Thanks Anthony and Andrea. The name sounds like animal maine horses, winter sleigh ridescruelty but the Maine Moose Breaks Loose of the woods and comes out for fun, games, a celebration of winter and all there is to do.

Folks in southern climates probably scratching their heads wondering why not stay indoors all winter, especially if they think igloos, dog sleds as the only way to get to the store for bread and milk. It's not like that! Houlton Maine/Aroostook County weather is four season fun conducive.

Did my Houlton Chamber of Commerce two terms. I think like you, the excitement about where you live oozes out, is evident and not a secret as you list, market, peddle properties.
