June showed a great increase for the area in activity when 8 properties sold whereas a total of 10 had sold for the entire year at the close of the previous month. We are seeing prices come down in the area both in listing price and actual selling price. Average sale price dropped from $228,000 the prior month for YTD to $220,000.
