Via our software provider, Appfolio, HomePointe Property Management will begin offering a portal for our residents to see their current balances, payment history, and create ACH payments online. This program will start with ACH which is a draft from the residents checking account to HomePointe's trust account.
We expect this program to implement in mid February 2010.
HomePointe already offers ACH to our residents, but not the ability for the resident to initiate the payment themselves. This new program will allow for that.
More features will be added as well in the coming months.
