Titanum Taking Over Where Equator Leaves off??

   I just received a call from Linda at Titanium saying they would be taking over one of my Short Sale files. So I guess this means Equator is out? It was opened up on equator in Dec '09. This is a Freddie Mac loan in default for almost a year. I have been fighting with B of A for a year with three different offers being submitted and each time B of A is ready the buyer has dropped out. This last one I submitted the offer in Dec. 09. Maybe now I will get it closed!

Anyone else hear of this happening?
