By
Real Estate Agent with EXIT Realty Beatrice Associates 9506757

Taking photosSometimes when you look thrpough the MLS you have to wonder what was the real estate agents thinking whan they snapped that photo!!

and what was the seller thinking allowing them to post those photos??!!

I have posted this video before but I like to remind myself and others how important good real estate photography is in today's marketing of real estate.  Buyers are making decision based on photographs they see on the web... give that home a fighting chance.

All these photos were found in my local MLS

Kevin, I have no idea what agents are thinking when they take & use photos like these. We hire a professional photographer for our homes - we want buyers to enjoy the photos!

Hiring a photographer has not caught on here in New England.  We New Englanders always seem to be a little behind everyone else.  Is it common practive in Texas to hire a photographer to photograph your listings?

They hire professional photographers in Manhattan. No kidding. If the seller saw these photos they'd have a cow.

You know the funny thing is though when you go talk to the listing after they expire they still list with the agents many times.... aaaarghhhh. Talk about frustration.
