University of Miami Professors/Students Needing Housing

How do you locate professors at University of Miami with nearby available listings? I have three homes waiting for a student or professor within walking distance.

Contact the student housing office and find out if they have a website where you can add the details of your listings.  Are they for rent, or for sale? 

I have a property about 2 blocks from San Diego State that we have rented to students for the past 8 years.  It has only been vacant for about 10 minutes between each group of tenants, and we have only advertised it on the student housing site, or Craig's list. 

We are planning to sell it soon, so I will be exploring ways to reach students (and parents) as well as University profs.  I know Craig's List can be very effective for rentals, but not sure about sales.

University of Miami does have a site, but it is for rentals, not sales, and their newspaper is non-existent in the summer. I would distribute flyers is someone gave a good location on or nearby campus. One house is across the street, another is 8 blocks away and another is 3 blocks away. Thanks!

Craigs list may be good for rentals, but I do not receive responses for properties that are for sale but I love getting ideas. Thanks! Keep them coming!!!
