Bel Air home sales continue to soar! To date there are 283 Single Family Homes ACTIVE ranging in price from $162,900 to $1,750,000. There are 106 Townhomes ACTIVE ranging in price from $225,000 to $600,000. There are 57 Condo's ACTIVE ranging in prices from $135,000 to $349,900.
For the month of June in Bel Air there were a total of 96 homes sold of those 18 were Condos, 28 were Townhomes and 49 were Single Family Homes. The average sales price was $343,252 and the average days on the market were 53.
