Client Follow Up?

By
Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Tropical Springs
Does anyone have a catchy inexpensive follow up idea for past clients!  Microsoft office has excellent templates for newsletters but, I would like to find a catchy letter or inexpensive prospecting idea. Thank you in advance for any ideas!

I have learned if they do not want to return calls or emails to just move on and do not worry about them They will either come around or use someone else and I cannot waste my time on them.

For past clients I have them on my database list.  People on my list gets monthly newsletter, I do a letter from the heart also. Letter from the heart is basically a letter of interest.  Like for the 4th of July, I send a letter withthe American Flag as the background and I listed Facts about the 4th of July.

I also have their email, birthday's and anniversary so I mail them a card for that.  I also make phone calls to people on my list every so often.  After I ask how they are and their family.  I just ask for referrals.  I tell them right now I have time to work with a few new clients, and who do you know that would benefit from the services I offer, or who do you know that is needing to move due to their family is expanding.

There is several ways you can ask it depends on the person that you are talking to.  Example:  Young Married Couple on your data base 9 times out of 10 they associate it other young married couples.  Someone that is expecting a baby associates with others that do.  Well I hope I have helped some!

The Main point is stay in contact!
