So Spring feels like its right around the corner. As things start to warm up, more and more people will be out and about later in the evenings. More people out in the evenings mean more chances of people driving through a desirable neighborhood looking for houses.

Which brings me to my next question? Solar powered sign lights! Who uses these puppies? Have they resulted in more sign calls or sales as a result? Enquiring minds want to know.

With the going "green" initiative these lights are perfect and responsible. They hold rechargeable batteries and they automatically go off after 4 hours, maintain a good beam of light during the critical hours of night time; just after dark and right through dinner time.

Should you use them? Any pros or cons? DISCUSS!

With Twighlight so early - and people out walking (we see dozens every night now that it's not FREEZING) I think it's a really good deal!  GREAT idea!

We have used the listinglight.com product and have really liked them but they are not solar powered.  I like the idea of using solar power better but I live in the Ohio and during the winter season we do not get much in the way of direct sunshine so the solar power might not recharge well in the winter.
