In-Town Atlanta Home Staging by Peachtree Home Staging

Another In-Town Atlanta home, home staged by Peachtree Home Staging SOLD!

This new construction builders home was on the market for OVER A YEAR!

Yes, over one year on the market!

Although I wish everyone would plan ahead and stage their home prior to listing . . . I get positively challenged by that telephone call inquiring about staging a vacant home that isn't selling.  I am so confident that Peachtree Home Staging can make a difference!

We staged this vacant home mid November before Thanksgiving.  It was off the market right after the new year with the proud new home owner moving in this past weekend.   Wow -- 45 days is a huge improvement over 365, don't ya think?  I truly love the power of presentation (A.K.A. -- Home Staging) that helps vacant homes sell!

Karen ~ A full year on the market vacant, and sold 45 days after staging?  Wow -- those stats don't lie.  Home staging in Atlanta works!  What a cute house.  I love those wood side chairs, by the way.

Hi Liz -- thx for the kind words.  I love the colors in that art as well.

Maureen -- I just love my 2009 Stats and it is exciting to already be build stats for 2010!  Cute chairs, huh?  I am using them again in a February staging of a "green" house.

Hi Cathy -- these chairs are great for an office and also a child's room!  thx for the "gorgeous" staging comment! :-)

Thx, Cindy -- I think stats are key to selling my services!

Hi David!  The Architect who designed the home stopped by while I was de-staging -- he LOVED the chairs as well!

Thx Lori -- fab stats, YES that's keep them moving through 2010!!  That's what sells home staging!

hey Michelle -- why thx, my dear!

I know I commented before, Karen. But as I was scrolling through your blog, the Poppy pictures jumped out at me as an example of the kind of "happy" feeling I recently wrote about. They're just so cheerful, you can't look at them without feeling a little lighter. Love it.
