Was taking a look at the Roswell GA city website and found a wealth of information on the various activities available for both residents and non-residents (who can pay a bit more to participate). 
Roswell has some great facilities including East Roswell Park, Hembree Park and the Roswell Area Park. In addition, there are numerous activities for Active Adults (50+) at the Roswell Adult Recreation Center.
Year round there are seasonal sports leagues for youth and adults, plus classes for a variety of interests from dance, fitness, drawing and painting, photography, crafts and more. Check out the Winter activity brochure for details on activities, times and cost.
