Here in Seattle, we are seeing a few people making a move, but I suspect March and April will be when we see the urgency to get something done.

Hi Pat,

I beginning to see passive buyers now, I have one lucky couple closing in 2 weeks very happy to receive their $8,000 form Uncle Sam and will be able to process it along with their 2009 Tax Return.

I have currently 3 sets of buyers who understand the deadlines of April 30th to put a home under contract and close by June 30, 2010 BUT I have one buyer who thinks this going to be extended again as it was this past November 30th and may be willing to gamble that the government may extent again...what do you think?

Hi, I don't think the tax credit will be extended because the Government's stimulas plan will be ending and they are under fire right now because of spending. I think we should push the urgency to our buyers to take advantage of not only the tax credit but the low rates.
