Hi Everybody Bob Says Hi



For {almost} Wordless Wednesdays I had to put this picture from the terrace of our newest listing in Ft. Lee New Jersey.


It affords a beautiful view of the George Washington bridge and Hudson River views.

Not sure if you can see the ice in the Hudson as it is a very warm day here today for a January day. Presently it's about 40 degrees and I'll take that...... No problem...

I'm sure winter will be back in a very short amount of time...

I'll be posting more information for this new listing in the next few days.

Andrea - Actually your partially right...lol but I was outside on the terrace for this view and I was a bit transfixed...lol

Bill - Yes quite a view without the price tag I might add.... Looks like it will go fast Fingers firmly crossed...

Hannah - yes I will take this weather in January anytime... We could be in the teens right now and we're above freezing... Love it...
