It was really interesting to visit the new retirement condominium complex located at the corner of Tenth Line Road and Rossignol (off North Service Road).  The first phase is a rental retirement building with tonnes of amenities right in the building.  The building is well laid out, the units are really interesting and the finishing touches are awesome.  You will find granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, hardwood flooing, great viev in the units.  Ample parking for visitors, a really lovely dining room, sitting area, games room to name a few.

Another phase which will be under construction, this summer 2010 and hopefullly with occupancy in early 2012 which be condominium units that can be purchased and either occupied by yourself or as an investment property for the future.  The one bedroom units start at 655 square feet and has a 55 square foot balcony, in-suite laundry, 4 piece bathroom, lots of storage in the unit plus two lockers in the lower level.  The condo fees include water, heat, a/c, building maintenance and insurance. One outdoor parking is included and if an underground parking is required those are also available.

Once the whole complex is completed you will be able to talk from building to building through tunnels and never set foot outside during the harsh months.  If at any time you should require the Retirement Package i.e.  nursing services, prepared meals, etc.  this will also be available to you.
