While Year To Date Statistics (2008 vs. 2009) show the Average Sales Price was down -11.3% from $323,015 to $286,403 the December alone statistic for 2009 is a much better picture with a 4.9% increase! The 2009 Average Sales Price for the month of December was $303,135 compared to that of $288,895 in 2008.
