My First Blog Post on Activerain

I have been on the Activerain platform for a while and have never tried to post a blog other than my Daytona Beach | Ormond Beach  listings for sale.  As I read through the articles it's clear, this network is more than just real estate listings.  It's more along the lines of friendships, training and people.

My first non-listing blog post on Activerain, am I still a newbie?

I feel I have missed out but I realized it's never too late to start building relationships, learn new things and share valuable real estate knowledge with one another. 

So lets connect and in the process hopefully I will the gain some of the valuable relationships so many of you talk about and a little real estate business too! 

Now off to join some groups? WOW so many choices, maybe you can suggest a few to join!
